Safety training only works when people pay attention and remember it. I come to your location in Charlotte and the surrounding area and teach the topics that matter for your workplace, in plain language. Your team learns where they work, about the hazards they actually face, and nobody has to travel.
My classes are relaxed and conversational. I keep things practical, I leave plenty of time for questions, and I make sure the key points stick. The goal is a team that understands why each rule exists, not just one that has sat through a presentation.
Why employers schedule it
Some OSHA training has to happen on a schedule. For example, employees with occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials need Bloodborne Pathogens training when they start and every year after that. Hazard Communication training is required when employees begin work and whenever a new hazard is introduced. Other topics help reduce the injuries that cost employers time and money. I'm happy to help you figure out which topics fit your workplace. For your specific legal obligations, confirm with your own advisor.

No. These are topic-based safety training sessions taught at your workplace, not the OSHA Outreach 10-hour or 30-hour courses.
How often does my team need this training?
It depends on the topic. Bloodborne Pathogens training is required annually for employees with occupational exposure. Hazard Communication training is required at hire and when new hazards are introduced. Many employers refresh topics yearly. Contact me and I'll help you plan a schedule, and check with your own advisor for your specific requirements.
Can you tailor the class to our workplace?
Yes. Tell me what your team does and what hazards they face, and I'll focus the session there.
Will we get documentation that the training happened?
Yes. I provide a sign-in roster listing the attendees and the topics covered, for your records. I don't issue individual certificates for these sessions.
